Dr.
David Romeo received his undergraduate, graduate and
postgraduate degrees (B.A., D.M.D., and certificate in Orthodontics)
from the University of Connecticut.
Upon completion of his postgraduate training, in recognition of
his outstanding academic achievements, he was appointed to the graduate
teaching faculty (Orthodontics) at the Health Center in Farmington with
the rank of Associate Professor. He
continues to be affiliated with the University faculty at the Health Center
and is a Senior Attending staff member and head of the orthodontic subsection
of the dental section
(Department of Surgery) at Norwalk Hospital.
He is past president of the Connecticut State Society of
Orthodontists, the Orthodontic Alumni of the University of
Connecticut, and the Greater Norwalk Dental Society. He has served on numerous committees of the Northeast Society
of Orthodontists. He is a
diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and a member of its
College of diplomates. David
is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and its
Northeastern component as well as a member of the American Dental
Association and its Connecticut State Component.
He has lectured to large professional groups with respect to
computerization in orthodontics. David has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the
Shorehaven Golf Club and as its president.
He and his wife Julie reside in Norwalk and are the parents of
two grown children, Mark and Erin.
Dr.
Gary Romeo received both his undergraduate and graduate
degrees from the University of Connecticut (B.S., D.M.D.) and his
postgraduate certification in Orthodontics from the University of
Illinois (Chicago). Gary
is a Senior Attending staff member in the Orthodontic section
(Department of Surgery) at Norwalk Hospital.
He is a past president of the Greater Norwalk Dental Society
and of the Kiwanis Club of Westport.
Gary is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and a
member of its College of Diplomates; a member of the Northeastern
Component of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American
Association of Orthodontists, the Connecticut State Society of
Orthodontists, the American Dental Association and the Connecticut
state component. Gary
resides in Fairfield with his wife, Dr. Sandra Bogdon who practices
dentistry in Westport, and their three children, Nicholas, Susan, and
Benjamin.
Dr.
Jill Danaher received her
undergraduate education at Albertus Magnus College graduating summa
cum laude in mathematics. She attended the University of Connecticut
School of Dental Medicine graduating with a Doctor of Dental Medicine
degree (DMD) in 1997. After receiving her degree in dental medicine in
1997 she practiced general and aesthetic dentistry for six years in
Stonington, Clinton, and Cheshire, Ct., and was an assistant professor
at New York University College of Dentistry. Her love of aesthetics
and corrective dentistry resulted in her decision to return to the
University Of Connecticut School Of Dental Medicine as a resident in
Orthodontics. After three years of study she recently completed her
residency receiving both her certificate in orthodontics and a
master’s degree in dental science (MDSc). Dr. Danaher is an active
member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American
Dental Association and the Connecticut State Dental Association.
Additionally, like Drs. David and Gary Romeo she is a diplomate of the
American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Danaher lives in Westport with her
husband John and her two children Kate and Jack.
