Aligner therapy works by using a set of clear trays to gradually move the teeth. Trays are designed specifically for each patient, so who better to design those trays than your Norwalk orthodontist, who knows your smile in and out?
Aligner trays fit snugly over teeth and place gentle, even pressure to guide teeth to their new locations. Each set of trays is perfectly calibrated to achieve a certain tooth movement, and each set is worn for approximately two weeks before moving to the next. When worn in the right succession for the right amount of time, the trays provide beautiful final results.
Patients love our clear aligners because they are virtually invisible, comfortable, and removable. The aligners are removed when eating and drinking, so you don’t have to worry about changing your diet during treatment.
